REFUND ELIGIBILITY
If a person has joined a plan or made contributions under false pretenses or fraudulent claims, they are entitled to request a refund. If the services from our end fail to fulfill the expectations due to system errors, users have the right to request a refund.
REFUND PROCESS
To initiate a refund, users must first submit a request. Requests should be sent to our customer care email ID, welloneinfocare@gmail.com, along with the reasons for the refund. A thorough review will be conducted within 7 working days, and necessary actions will be taken from the Customer Care Department regarding the refund.
